        Tiekėjai turi pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą – aktualią deklaraciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 45 straipsnio nuostatomis.
